Proper eating is over 70% of healthy weight loss. A personalized nutrition plan is created for you and reviewed by a certified nutrition counselor to arm you with essential knowledge and prepare you for your new lifestyle.
1 on 1 Nutrition Review

With the help of a user-friendly nutrition app, your nutrition counselor will break down what you can do on a daily basis to achieve optimal results for your new lifestyle. She also exams stress eating, emotional eating, and food addictions.

Circle of Chairs (C.O.C.)

The Circle of Chair (C.O.C) is an integral part of the challenge. Each week after weigh-in Tye explores different life topics to help with everyday life. Topics include but are not limited to:

“To know where you are going, you need to know where you are.” ~Tye Cohen. The scale is a gauge to knowing whether or not you’re on the right track on your weight loss journey. Weekly weigh-ins are essential for accountability, camaraderie and building the sense of community support that is unique to LTG Fitness.
Before and After Pictures
“Seeing is believing.” No matter how many people compliment you, mention the difference, or simply tell you that you look good, nothing makes more of an impact than seeing your progress for yourself. Our side-by-side before and after pictures will show you how far you’ve come on your journey.
Monthly Measurements, Body Fat, Water Weight and BMI
With initial, mid and final measurements of these important categories you are provided a complete picture of the significant changes you will go through during the Challenge.
Community Environment and Support System
Challenge participants have access to ongoing support from coaches, team leads, veteran Challengers, and an invite-only Facebook group page for current and former Challengers. This provides an exponential increase in your chance at success that doesn’t end when your challenge does. The level of support is unrivaled.
